How does the RelayPay Gift Card work?

The RelayPay gift card is the ultimate swap gift card that holds endless possibilities.

It gives the recipient the freedom to swap it with one more partnered brands of their choice.

To do so you will need to:

Select/Enter the AUD amount you would like to load into your RelayPay Gift Card powered by Gifta.
Select the cryptocurrency you would like to pay with.
Once you have paid and the transaction is completed, check your emails to access the RelayPay Gift Card.
Within the email. Click Swap Now and you’ll be redirected to Gifta.
Select one or more brands and enter in an amount you would like.
Click Swap Now when you’re done selecting.
Click Confirm Swap.
Check your emails for the cards and brands you chose.

How can I redeem my gift card?

You can redeem your digital gift cards in-store by simply scanning the barcode provided. To redeem your gift card online, enter the unique card number provided on your gift card.

Does my gift card expire?

Expiration dates vary depending on the merchant. All gift cards are valid for at least 3 years.
